Fawad Khan Bollywood Debut and career

Khan was due to make his Bollywood debut in India after Khuda Kay Liye was released in 2008. But due to the unstable political situation between India and Pakistan after the Mumbai terrorist attacks in 2008, things could not materialize.

In 2014, Fawad Khan made his debut in Bollywood in Khoobsurat of Shashanka Ghosh next to Sonam Kapoor. Khan plays Yuvraj Vikram Singh Rathore, the love interest of Mili and his patient's son; An Indian royal family. Khan's performance was praised by critics and singled out as one of the highlights of the film. In addition, the film emerged as a blockbuster, being declared as a "hit" by various media outlets. The film was particularly well received in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan because of Khan's followers in these countries, for his previous television work. In early 2016, Khan was seen in a supporting role in the family drama of Shakun Batra, Kapoor & Sons. The film, which included Khan along with a cast as Rishi Kapoor, Ratna Pathak Shah, Rajat Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt, became a major commercial success after its release and Khan received almost unanimous criticism from critics for His interpretation of A writer who is revealed to be a closed homosexual. Later in 2016, Khan appeared in a small role in Karan Johar Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. After the Uri terrorist attack in 2016, bilateral relations between India and Pakistan declined because the Indian Film Producers' Association (IMPPA) and The Film Producers Guild of India decided to ban all Pakistani actors. Is normalized.
